Nicki Baumbach, LCSW, MPH, PMH-CNicki is passionate about supporting women through an integrative, holistic approach that fosters emotional wholeness and embodied wellness. Throughout her education and professional career, she recognized a significant gap in women's healthcare: providers often work in silos, leaving women to navigate fragmented systems of care on their own. Since then, she has been committed to creating more connected, collaborative models of support.As the Founder and Co-Owner of Nurture Nook Counseling, Nicki has cultivated a thriving community centered on connection, trust, and comprehensive care. Through her work serving women and building relationships with professionals across disciplines, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create meaningful partnerships that benefit both providers and the clients they serve.BOCOwellCOllective was born from that experience and vision. Nicki founded this collective to bring together wellness practitioners who share a commitment to supporting women through every stage of life.
